It is with immense gratitude that I share that last Friday marked my second anniversary as the President & CEO of the Coeur d’Alene Regional Chamber. As I reflect on the conclusion of another extraordinary year together, I feel incredibly blessed to serve our community with you. I am deeply thankful for our awesome members, and for all of the amazing opportunities we have to make a positive impact in our region. Together, we have transformed our organization and here are just a few highlights of our collective impact this past year:
Fostering Future Leaders:
Together we are nurturing the potential of students, and are helping to build the next generation of leaders in our community. Through our advocacy for education, scholarship program, and educational initiatives, we have established a robust leadership pipeline, laying the foundation for the future of our region.
Actively Engaged Chamber Board, Volunteers and Staff:
The heart of any flourishing organization lies in its people, and I am profoundly grateful for our highly engaged board, committee volunteers and staff. Their unwavering dedication and passion have played a pivotal role in propelling our initiatives forward, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation that truly sets us apart.
Dynamic and Relevant Programs:
Delivering value to our members is our top priority through the transformation of diverse and relevant programs. From enlightening topics chosen by our members, to energy-filled networking events, our aim has been to create opportunities for members to build connections, authentic relationships and strategic partnerships while learning more about the evolving needs and most important issues in our business community.
The best part is we are just beginning! There is so much more we can do together. With our new mission, Visionary Leadership for Our Businesses and Our Community I would like to personally invite you to join us on Tuesday, December 12, for a fun and festive December Upbeat Breakfast, where I am thrilled to unveil our new membership levels and benefits for 2024! Come learn about all of the new opportunities to promote your business in 2024.
Also, please join us on Wednesday, December 13 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p. m. for our 111th Annual Meeting and Awards Celebration. Here we will celebrate the wonderful accomplishments of 2023. We are excited for the change of guard in our chamber board and committees. We will also reveal our 2023 Large Business, Small Business, Nonprofit, Committee, Citizen and Ed Abbott Volunteer of the Year awards. This afternoon promises to be wonderful time filled with recognition, inspiration, and celebration as we acknowledge outstanding contributions within our community.
Your steadfast support and engagement have been instrumental to our success, and I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to lead such a dynamic and forward-thinking business community.
