The magic behind any good organization is truly the members themselves, and the Coeur d’Alene Regional Chamber is no exception.  That’s why we are taking the summer to focus on improving and optimizing benefits and program offerings with our members in mind.  Exciting changes are happening behind the scenes, and we are thrilled to share them with all of you!


Our Vision For The Future

Our summer plans include a Visioning and Strategic Planning session to which the CDA Regional Chamber board of directors has excitedly committed.  We will be working to expand our relevance in today’s business climate.  We’ve adopted the following guiding principles as we commit to reimagining our mission and offerings:




We want our community and members to know we’re looking towards the future, and what is best for our business community as industries continue to grow and develop here.  We are also focused on the best part of our organization – OUR MEMBERS. Every decision we make is a commitment to improving the member experience. We are prepared to provide the tools necessary to ensure excellence for all. We are evaluating our events, programs, committees and processes to ensure alignment with our mission and we look forward to unveiling those plans at our next Upbeat Breakfast in September.

Some of our new initiatives will begin to roll out during the summer.  Our chamber is making a significant impact in our community and we want our members to be able to proudly showcase their involvement, so we are working on new digital membership badges to share on company websites and email signatures. We will launch our brand new, SEO-optimized website, designed to help members gain better online visibility and more easily navigate chamber benefits, events, programs and resources. And in addition to our existing efforts towards digital marketing, we are exploring new ways to help our members broaden their networks and grow their businesses in our community.


Let’s Engage Online!

In the first half of 2022, the CDA Regional Chamber has seen an explosion of growth on our social media accounts.  With hundreds of new followers each month, our online visibility is up, and Facebook saw a 137% increase in post shares just last month alone. We are posting regularly on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business.  In fact, we’ve seen an average of 90% more inquiries through our Google listing this year.  We are now being discovered on the web, and increased visibility for the chamber means increased visibility for member businesses, too!

That’s where we need your help. There are several ways you can help your business and other local businesses grow and prosper online.  We encourage you to follow “CDA Regional Chamber” on all social media platforms, and when your business hosts an event or promotion, tag us and use the #thatsmychamber hashtag! If you are a member, we will be sure to reshare your posts and help expand your impact. Let’s grow – together!
