2026 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The Coeur d’Alene Regional Chamber is honored to announce the availability of 200 scholarships in 2026, made possible through the tremendous generosity of our members and the unwavering matching support of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe. These scholarships reflect our shared belief that the strength and future of our community rests in the hands of our youth and their pursuit of education. By investing in students today, we are building the leaders, innovators, and changemakers of tomorrow.

 

SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS

To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum GPA: Students must hold a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
  • Consideration Factors: First-generation status and demonstrated financial need may be taken into account during the selection process.
  • Required Materials: All application components must be submitted, including applicant information, short-answer responses, one character reference, a copy of the transcript, and a resume. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • Deadline: All materials must be submitted online by March 6, 2026 to be eligible.
  • 200 scholarships will be awarded for 2026 graduates.

 

SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS

  • Recognition & Celebration: Recipients will be invited and are expected to attend the Coeur d’Alene Regional Chamber Scholarship Breakfast at the Coeur d’Alene Resort on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, where they will be honored. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to attend this special recognition event.
  • Eligibility & Awards: $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to 200 seniors from local private or public high schools that are members of the CDA Regional Chamber, as well as to children of CDA Regional Chamber members regardless of city of residence. In addition, 10 applicants will be selected for an additional $500 scholarship, sponsored by Northwest Specialty Hospital, called the Strength of Character Award.
  • Use of Funds: Scholarships may be applied toward any post-secondary education—traditional or trade—at an approved/accredited institution within the United States.
  • Disbursement: Scholarship funds will be mailed directly to the student’s school in July 2026.
