- Manage the Chamber in a fiscally responsible manner to ensure the financial stability of the organization and the cost effective delivery of services to our members.
- Promote Coeur d'Alene as a tourism destination through event creation and organization and brand marketing.
Affiliate Organizations & Advisory Board
The Chamber provides management services for three other non-profit organizations whose missions complement ours. These services are provided under contract with the Board of Directors of those organizations. The Chamber has also established a Convention and Visitor Bureau Advisory Board to assist in implementing tourism marketing funds.

The North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation (NICTF) strives to connect the people of North Idaho with an expanding trail system. We work to preserve and develop the North Idaho Centennial Trail system while promoting non-motorized trail connectivity throughout the region.

The mission of the Coeur d’Alene Convention & Visitor Bureau (CVB), the tourism marketing division of the Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce, is to bring more visitors to the Coeur d’Alene area; to encourage repeat visits by those who have been here before; to extend the stays of visitors; and to connect those visitors with CVB members.
